My Dad also surprised her by renting her dream car for her to drive for a couple of weeks. I'm not sure who loved it more though, her or Eli.
Before you go reporting me to the authorities, the car is in the driveway. He sure did love "driving" it though and knew exactly what to do: turn the wheel and look around.
As refreshing as it was being home and getting to be outside all day, every day, it was too much of a tease for us as we came back to frigid temps and chilly winds.
Spring, can you make your way out to the northeast already please???
I'm ready to for days at the playground.
He also learned how to clean up the messes that rocks and dirt make.
I am convinced that mothers who live in warm places get more stuff done and have happier kids.
I am also convinced that Arizona has the prettiest sky--sunrise to sunset the colors are amazing.
We finally had two days of Spring Friday and Saturday which meant that Eli and I were outside, which meant that Eli was pretty much in heaven.
Unfortunately those two days were a tease as well as this week brings back the 30s and 40s with possible snow. SNOW! At the end of March and a week into Spring. Ugh.
Here's to more inside adventures this week with a little boy who just wants to be outside all day.
Lord help us or we may just lose our minds!
